A flexible software option and great back stop

I like that it is easy to use, has good customer service support when needed (which isn't often), offers flexibility with booking options for your business travel needs/budget etc., allows me as an agent in our office who's not always available during normal hours of operation / working days - which can be difficult at times! It does take some time getting used too but once we do have everything set up correctly there are no issues using this system long term or short-term while traveling out…

Pros
  • Great way keep track all my clients upcoming bookings &/or past trips booked already along w their contact info
Cons
  • Not much really other then having more choices offered within certain areas suchas hotel room categories

Travel Manager Software - Very helpful tool during bookings and client accountabilities

I like that it is easy to use for my business needs, as well as personal travel plans! It's also very user friendly which makes me feel comfortable using this software in general; however there are some things about their website (ease of finding information) could be improved upon. We have used jtb bussines travels since we started our agency almost 10 years ago now so they've been around long enough to know what works best with us.
