DO NOT BUY - my second disc just failed

If you buy this disc - you're lucky if you live on it for more than a few weeks - yes it's good and small - but one day here we go - my first hard drive broke within a few days - got a replacement - copied it once - and only read it for a month - then I wanted to write something on the hard drive - and then it broke - just the same as the rest - I bought a Samsung T5 at the same time I got the first of these discs - it works great and I've made a lot of recordings on it - I'll never buy a…

very thin and portable

Very small and thin SSD. Fast data transfer as it should be. 1GB of data for about 5 seconds. While the island is a bit small at 512GB, getting more is recommended.

Works well with laptop PCs, but couldn't get a portable SSD to work with MacBook Pro.

got this external hard drive for my macbook pro, actually since i have too much memory, i need to unload to make room for more data. The disk showed up on the desktop, but I couldn't read or write to it, and yes, I was using an administrator account. I'm not sure why I couldn't get it to work a few times when I tried. I'll keep playing around with it. If I manage to get it working with my MacBook Pro I'll update it here. However, it worked well with my husband's work PC so he can easily upload…
