I have been using these bags for several years and have never taken advantage of the lifetime guarantee. My bags that I bought over a year ago no longer work perfectly, but I reached out to the customer service on their website and they got back to me within a few hours and have already shipped out replacements. I am beyond impressed.

I tried another brand before this (Magic Bags) and 95% of them had holes in them where they would slowly reinflate over the course of a few days (I realized recently that you could actually hear the pin sized hole letting air out of the bag and ALL of the holes were in the exact same spots on those bags. I purchased this for a trip knowing I would be sharing my luggage with my kids. This is such a life saver because we were able to fit a lot of clothes into our luggage and it was easy to sort the clothes by each child. The directions were easy to follow and the kids had fun using the pump to suction out the air. So far we have had multiple uses out of the bags and plan to keep reusing it for future trips.

Ok so these bags are worth every ounce of hype they get. I am moving from FL to NY and we are selling just about everything we own except for some clothes and pet stuff. Great product. Only issue is possibly my user error. Doesn't seem to shrink flat. Like level is I guess what I'm trying to say so, in my opinion not really stackable. But, I like them and will be buying more.

I bought these to store things in the closet. Overall, very good product with one exception: the ones that work, work very well. The ones that don't, don't work at all. In other words, there seems to be some variability in the quality. I would buy again if they were less expensive or included more.

These are perfect for traveling and for those of us who hoard lots of clothes and want to pack them away, 1/15 of them may have had a little air get in after being filled with clothes & tossed around but so far so great!

I got the jumbo size and it’s huge. I put a queen size quilt, 2 sets of sheets, and 3 throw blankets and there is plenty of room on the sides. I wouldn’t recommend jumbo unless you have something huge! Also I only have used 2 bags out of the 6 and 1 of them did not stay vacuum sealed that’s why I took off a star.

I use them to store my patio furniture cushions for the winter. Year after year, these have not failed while others brands have. Think this is the 5th year with the first group I purchased. Good value:quality.

These bags are huge! I had a ton of summer and travel clothes that I was able to fit in 2 bags. One of the bags had over 50 long dresses that shrunk down to a small little pile.The suction stays unlike other bags. Most bags zippers or vacuum ports let air in over time.
