I bought this along with the 350i trampoline that I bought. This is a cool attachment that I mainly use for rebounds with different med balls. The installation is rather cumbersome, but quite fast. 4 stars due to a design flaw - the attachment is not weighted at all. So unless someone steps on it, or you weigh it down, or otherwise secure it, it's moving all over the place. in a few minutes. I use multiple dumbbells. Otherwise it's great

This adapter has given my jumping trampoline a whole different use: I can train my arms by throwing a ball at it and catching it on the way back. The adapter set I received included a small 3lb ball which I used for faster throwing/catching, but I also regularly use a 10lb medicine ball for harder workouts. The only thing I would like to say is that there seem to be steps involved to add/remove an adapter so be aware it will take you a few minutes to replace it.
