I love this car. Our second yura. We upgraded but our old one is still in use. These are durable machines that make great coffee.

The milk dispensing system needs to be rinsed and cleaned every day when you use milk. Takes about 3-5 minutes. The customization options are just amazing.

It's very convenient and makes great espresso. However, the real fun begins with the selection of the coffee with milk at the touch of a button! You will find a pint beer glass so you obviously enjoy making and drinking flat whites, cappuccinos or whatever. The cleaning process is easy within 2 minutes and a bit fiddly, but it's worth keeping this wonderful machine running.

Product works well. However, you should use colored buttons that are easier to see/read. The main problem with this machine, and this isn't our first coffee machine, is that the tray on which the cup rests is too narrow. We broke a few cups. A simple solution would be an adjustable cup tray, such as a tray that slides in and out with various indentations that can be easily adjusted to the user's needs with a click.

This machine is a workhorse. We make about 3-4 coffees a day. The initial setup was easy to do following the instructions. Get the whole beans you really like and you won't be disappointed. The only "minus" are the water filters that we have to change about every 30-40 days (about $20 each) and cleaning (tablets) for the car also every 30 days.
