Who says bamboo has to be absorbent? That's strange, and in the case of these coasters, also inaccurate. Either way: love her! They resemble wood, and the concentric circles carved into their top are great at catching condensation, so they're doing a great job! They are durable, attractive, simple and I love the honey color of the bamboo decor. They fit perfectly into my home office. Here, too, the supplied small holder ensures order. No complaints! 5 Stars!

Bought these coasters about a year ago. We only use them occasionally but so far they have been great and easy to clean. However, the holder broke last week when I picked it up to clean it. One of the bamboo sticks just fell off the base while I was holding it, and while trying to keep the whole stick from falling to the floor, I slightly cut myself on the pins that were supposed to be holding it together.
