We love these shakers but after 8 months of use the pepper shaker lid started falling off. We noticed that the black plastic was cracked in two places. When we asked about the guarantee we were told it was only 30 days! I don't like leaving negative reviews but wanted to make sure others are aware of warranty and customer service issues.

. Excited when I received my order only to be disappointed. I'm writing a review right now, so me.

I was so excited when I received my order only to be disappointed. I will write a review to save others from buying these salt and pepper shakers. The tops weren't even screwed on, defeating the purpose of the shaker as a whole. It looks like it's going in the trash. We will look for the best alternative.

POOR QUALITY AND TERRIBLE DESIGN FAILURES

Aesthetically these shakers look very good. Unfortunately, there is a significant design flaw. Both the salt shaker and pepper shaker don't close, so salt and pepper seep through the carvings, seep around the lid, and fly all over the place. (The photo shows the consequences). If the manufacturer could improve the quality and finish of this product the shakers could deserve 5 stars. But the clutter they create and poor functionality tend to be annoying. Since I cannot return them, they becomeโ€ฆ

Disappointed good for Salt & Pepper Sets

I really wanted to love them. I liked the look of Revain's photos, but what I didn't see in the photos, as another reviewer mentioned, is the fact that the capital letters don't match the words on the base, which makes them look suspicious (does me sorry, I can't think of a better word). In fact, it wouldn't be a problem if they removed the words from the base and just made holes for the shakers on top. In addition, the bottom of the shaker clearly shows whether it is salt or pepper. Why do weโ€ฆ

Shaker must be good enough to inspire me to write a review. I mean really - is the salt and pepper shaker worth a review?! And they cost 9 dollars? YES, IT'S WORTH IT! Pros: Glass under stainless steel means you can actually tell when it's running low! The pear-shaped design conveys the right-hand feel and weight, allowing you to dose light or heavy as you prefer.
