I really wanted to love them. I liked the look of Revain's photos, but what I didn't see in the photos, as another reviewer mentioned, is the fact that the capital letters don't match the words on the base, which makes them look suspicious (does me sorry, I can't think of a better word). In fact, it wouldn't be a problem if they removed the words from the base and just made holes for the shakers on top. In addition, the bottom of the shaker clearly shows whether it is salt or pepper. Why do we need words or S&P from above? Likewise. I found the holes in the shaker to be too big and too many to easily control the desired amount of spices. Can't comment on durability as they come back before I use them.
