Quiet, easy to install and clean

ALMOST 4 stars because of the short power cord. I think it's a 4.5-5 foot power cord. In my opinion it should be at least 6'+. Other than that, it delivers the advertised flow and is very quiet. The suction cup on the cam lock mechanism is very durable. Finally, the quality definitely beats the price. Would recommend to anyone looking for an extra stream. Note: I keep this product on the other end of a more powerful pump that circulates well and the fish love it :D

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

I love it and so do my fish.

The circulation pump was exactly what I expected. I had another type of pump that has a flapper lever and you have to manually adjust the air to lock the flow and that was too much work and didn't even work. These turbine (fan) pumps are compact and easy to use. You can attach it to any aquarium interior wall with the suction cup and ball joint to rotate the pump in any direction. This creates perfect water circulation in my tank to keep my fish moving and the water flowing to aid in…

I was actually able to assemble it myself. The cable is really short.

The instructions were very difficult to read and the diagram is not entirely clear (but I relied more on the diagram and lid on the box) to figure out how to put it together - that's me not much of a mechanic so most of you shouldn't be a problem at all. It ensures low flow in my saltwater aquarium. The only criticism is that the cable is too short. should get out and go to one of my freshwater tanks where the fish are enjoying the circulation. I am using the Biocube now and its stand and tank…

  • Pleasant to use

It is save? Yes. That.

Can't say for sure how long it lasts or how it works. For the price I paid I'll just hide it. Why? It's huge. I've never seen it, but from the photo I thought it was a lot smaller. Thank god I didn't buy 2 packs. I'm afraid my fish will have their tails or fins cut off. The blade is near the opening of this device and I feel that this is too big a hole to fit in an aquarium with fish. It should have been less at the front opening. Can be suitable for a very large aquarium with very large fish…

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and chunky
