there was no packaging material in the box with other products shipped at the same time. The cup was removed from the holder and the top of the cup was removed. The tab holding the mug in the holder has been torn off and is not found in the box.

This water cup works better than anything I've tried My parrots don't drop the cup on the floor like other water cups do. The plastic is so hard you can't bite through it. You have just enough water to drink but not to swim.

I have two birds that love to sleep/eat/sociable in their water bowls. The endless stream of waste in her water made her sick no matter how many times I tried to change her water. With these cups, they are closed and cannot tuck their rear ends into the cup to create a mess.

This ridiculous product has failed in every way imaginable. I can't think of anything decent to say about this junk. This should definitely not happen. He really is that bad.
