Good throwing hatchet. It's thin and the weight feels good. The handle is wrapped with paracord, this is normal. It's not wrapped very well so it's starting to come loose so I have to reattach it after every throw. i need to fix it The edge is sharp and very sharp. I'm very glad about that. I have several types of throwing axes from this company and I like them all. I can definitely recommend this throwing axe.

I recently built my own ax target for myself and my two teenage children to use for fun. I wanted to throw small axes that wouldn't break the bank and I'm happy with them. They seem pretty strong and light enough that anyone can throw them without feeling intimidated. They aren't very sharp out of the box, but take the edge easily enough. We had no trouble throwing them effectively and they seem well balanced and thought out. For the price, it's an easy and affordable way to start throwing.
