Absolutely essential

This blend from POST Gym has everything you need for a post-workout drink. I can't find this supplement blend in any other product - you usually have to take 2-3 other supplements to get what this one has. Be sure to drink more water to deal with beta-alanine. This will cause your skin to burn if it's dehydrated. It destroyed AT LEAST 50% of my cooldown. WORST TASTE EVER for sports nutrition

I've used Pro Jym Protein and it's been amazing so far. Bought the white chocolate raspberry flavor thinking it would taste like Haagen Dazs ice cream and it was $10 cheaper than the rest. The white chocolate raspberry flavor is the worst crap I've had in years and that's saying a lot out because I bought cheap protein when I was in a sticky spot here and there. Broken promises are no longer the gold standard!

My apologies to Jim Stoppani - nothing more! Doctor's good Pro Jym line does not live up to the standards of excellence that Stoppani claims (and PROMISES!) on the label. The ratio of ingredients to fillers has dropped by an amazing 24%!
