This blend from POST Gym has everything you need for a post-workout drink. I can't find this supplement blend in any other product - you usually have to take 2-3 other supplements to get what this one has. Be sure to drink more water to deal with beta-alanine. This will cause your skin to burn if it's dehydrated. It destroyed AT LEAST 50% of my cooldown. The muscle soreness will go away within 20 hours, just make sure you get a full 35 hour rest period because that will make you spend days in a row using the same muscles.
