Great fit, smooth ride!

I was nervous about buying these skates as I'm a woman and wasn't sure if men's skates would fit. I ordered 2 sizes smaller than I currently wear. For example, I wear a women's size 9 and ordered a men's size 7. They are perfect - great quality, perfect fit and for the first time I felt great in them! Definitely recommend!

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Sun-Sun

Spend money! fits skates, skateboards and scooters

K2 inline skates have been a part of my life for over 20 years. I skated thousands of miles on my first pair of K2 inline skates. Recently my apartment was robbed and I lost both pairs of my K2 Battle Skates :( I knew I wanted to stay with the k2 brand. And 20 years later - these skates are fun! Great skates for a ridiculous price!

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Updates

The lack of lateral support makes the ride stiff and twists the ankles.

The skates look nice and are easy to put on, but they are extremely uncomfortable for the sole and there is no support on the sides in the ball of the foot area. Because of this, your foot tends to slide off the sides of the skate quite a bit unless you're standing up straight. Wouldn't recommend it to others.

Pros
  • a nice thing
Cons
  • There are some disadvantages

Moderate gliding price for beginners

Smooth ride at an affordable price. At first they didn't feel well. I think I just had to adjust the tightness and break it down a bit. After 30 minutes of riding and adjusting, they felt good and moved fairly smoothly. Barings (however it is written) could be a little better but I think they are more expensive for the price. So moderate exposure (they don't glide as well as advanced exposures).

uncomfortable - skates, skateboards and scooters

I bought these for my son and they are very difficult to put on. They are uncomfortable and offer little to no ankle support. You definitely get what you pay for. I ended up going to a sporting goods store and buying him another brand of inline skates for only $30 more. On the plus side, the wheels are big, which allows a person to go fast. It would be a decent pair of skates for a beginner, but definitely not for someone who has been inline skating for years.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Useless features

Not bad for the price

This is an updated review. At first I found these skates uncomfortable, but after riding them a few times they felt better. I think the main problem is that I bought half a size bigger. If you're in-between sizes like me, I would suggest taking the smaller of the two sizes. I did the opposite and I think they seem a bit unstable to me because they are too big. Otherwise they are good and fast. Say well done. Just a little uncomfortable. I would happily spend more for higher quality skates for…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
