Very helpful mobile tool which enhances customer satisfaction

The best thing about K2view is that it helps me in connecting with my customers even when they are away from their desk. I can send push notifications to them, view their activity on the website or the apps and get instant alerts for any updates or changes in their profile. I can also use the chat option to connect directly with my customers. Sometimes, the app freezes but overall it is very good. It provides excellent support and solves all my queries related to the product. So far so good. I

Kaiterra - Best Inbound Marketing tool

The best thing about this product is that it gives you access of all your data in one place which helps reduce time wastage while searching for information across multiple systems or applications,it also has integration features with other products like Salesforce, SugarCRM etc.,The UI looks outdated but not bad at same as well. I would recommend using k2view if we are looking forward towards having single point solution for all our queries regarding CRM system. It reduces the manual efforts…
