I was very excited to receive this group but to my disappointment it had the same damage as the first. I've updated my outstanding rating based on the customer service I received to resolve this issue. As a result, there was a return with every order, so I have a complete set without damage. Update: It's been about a year since I bought my first bracelet and now I've bought another one! I wear it all day every day and while I could certainly keep using it, the strap has started to wear out. I am very satisfied with this band and would happily buy from this seller again. I increased my rating to 5 stars because I learned how to put on the bracelet more easily!
