Great little AM-FM radio!

Very small. Very easy. Uses 2 AAA batteries. Simple control. Sound through headphones Panasonic RP HJE120-K [20-20 kHz] is very good! Outstanding frequency response. The sound reproduction is excellent! I like DX at night. I am trying to receive distant and low power stations. This radio is not suitable for this. Reception is largely limited to your local stations. The AM section does an excellent job with local programming. The VHF range, with its tiny antenna extended, separates local VHF…

SUPER LITTLE RADIO!

Not sure about the battery life as I just got it today. Popped in two AAAs, turned it on and was instantly glad I'd picked a great little radio. It picks up my AM stations beautifully. better than a big radio with a lot of noise. The speakers sound great and quite loud for such a small radio! I am very happy with this purchase! 👍🏻👍🏻Update. The radio worked great while working in the garden. I didn't lose my transmitter and could hear it while driving my lawn mower. And I live next to a…

Sturdy little pocket radio

When it comes to little pocket radios, the Kaito KA-200 is a great little thing that surprises me with its unusually high build quality. Most of the time when buying small electronics there is rattling or the quality tolerances are so big that the product does not work properly, but the KA-200 works very well and seems reliable. It doesn't look like it will shatter into pieces if accidentally dropped. In addition to a very good build quality, it has a nice form factor and great sound for such a

YOUR SEARCH FOR A CHEAP RADIO IS OVER

I think this is the best little radio I've ever owned. Reception is excellent, tuning into each station is very easy as there is a small indicator that lights up when the station is perfectly tuned. I also think the sound is very good, especially on VHF. To be honest I bought 5 different little cheap radios here at Revain before I found the right one. The worst I bought was Sony. It takes 2 AAA batteries and I'll be honest when I tell you that for a small cheap radio it sounds the best and…

Great low tech option

I usually take my wife out for coffee in the morning and then walk back over our hill in San Francisco. I listen to financial news and was using my iPhone with headphones, but the signal dropped once or twice on the way back, resulting in long buffering or a complete loss of stream. So much for 4G changing the world. In case you haven't noticed, listening to a radio app on your smartphone can drain your battery pretty quickly. This little radio is simple, easy to use and has good reception. It…

I like to have a 3 x 5 inch rectangular Sony.

When I travel, especially abroad, I like to have a rectangular 3" x 5" Sony AM/FM radio to listen to in the bathroom when I shave in the morning and Traditional AM/FM - Smaller radio. A Sony Walkman radio that I can wear and use with headphones when I'm outside the store while my wife is shopping or on a long bus ride. (Not to say I don't shop myself, but we occasionally spend time in different stores.) The Sony Walkman is now around $50. This is a very old model. I've been using them for over…
