I never considered the lack of standard ports on my laptop until I started using it for work. Two ports for power management, video, peripherals, etc. are hardly enough. I know it's moving more towards Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, although I still have a few devices that still use USB and I'd like to be able to charge my phone too.
