I have ordered 4 small/medium and they always fit. The last small/medium order is too big. I waited too long to try it on and then tried to return it but Hats LLC did not refund or exchange it. After a while the elastic stretches and becomes too loose, so I just order more. I don't think there is a way here. I like them better when they are customized than flexible! This is the second Kangol style baseball cap I have purchased for golf. The other is white and I've used it as a traveling hat all summer, even in very warm weather.
