Not 1/4 " as Described, Seller Should Be Banned from Best Buy.

This product was a gift to use in 1/4" shaft air grinder. When finally need burr found it kept working out of grinder regardless of cleaning air grinder collet, retightening etc. Used a different burr that had no problems. Finally got smart and measured shafts of both burrs. Other burr measured exactly 0.250" this burr measured 0.236" (6.0mm). The smaller shaft will not tighten in my 1/4" (0.250) collet, which makes it an $11.99 worthless burr. It is now pass Best Buy return time. 1/4" (0.250")

Pros
  • Very pleased with these bits. Yes, highly recommend.
Cons
  • it was not what was advertised was to big to fit in the dremmel

not for me: my feedback

These things look aggressive but fail by far. Tried them on walnut and barley a dent without a lot a pressure. Returned them because the aren't worth it.

Pros
  • very good
Cons
  • VERY short shanked

High Quality Set in my review

A good buy for a higher quality set. These are perfect for drimmel tools. Testing reveals a high amount of Cobalt making them very strong and stay sharp. Would buy again.

Pros
  • these things work great, be prepared for slivers of metal everywhere
Cons
  • The double-cut tungsten carbide may cause excessive heat buildup and waste more material than necessary

Good value, tough on my review.

Quite pleased with the sharpness and hardness of these bits. Good variety of profiles, too. We've used one bit more extensively than the others, and while it doesn't feel as sharp to the fingertips, it still chews up the mild steel.Would buy again, and recommend.

Pros
  • Haven't used yet but we'll made. Will post when used on cutting quality
Cons
  • Broke second use, head shattered and shank bent, while doing light duty work, very disappointed
