The installation took about 15 minutes. All the necessary equipment was there. Good freedom of movement at the swivel joint.

Worked great for my app. I installed the monitor where I wanted to slide it out of place. It had an arm long enough to hold a 27 inch monitor so I could rotate it 90 degrees to the wall.

Overall a great product. The plates and rails fit together snugly with no play or play. It looks like it has a vertical slider setting, but it doesn't. I wasn't sure at first until I took a closer look at the photos. Just tilt and rotate.

We bought this product because we knew a 32 inch TV would do the job, but I think it pushes the envelope. The unit is solid, well built, rotates well but the tilt function keeps sliding so the TV is crooked all the time. If it wasn't for that I would have given 5 stars. I'm afraid it will just be a crooked TV as the tilt adjusters have no grip.

I have installed several of these devices over the years and for some reason they all seem to be 'universal' but always have problems. This was the exception. I removed my old one, pulled out my new TV, followed the instructions (which were easy) and it was all done in 15 minutes. The range of motion is just what I needed to put this in a corner. It is easy to extend, tilt and recline. I used it for a 32 inch flat screen TV. No problem.
