The eyelet came right out as we were tying the laces and we didn't even tighten it. So disappointed because we threw away the packaging for the return.

Good quality shorts, well pigmented print, mesh lining (fine if that's your thing). The cut is slightly tailored. My boy is a husky but they would still be considered slim and not normal. They have a slightly narrower hip and a narrower leg.

It's definitely mislabeled. It can't be 18/20. My son couldn't put his leg in his swimming trunks. They are the size of a toddler!

My 8 year old son is very skinny and finding swim trunks that would stay on his feet without wearing a 4T which cuts off circulation to his legs was a challenge. The lace is actually functional, it sits comfortably on it. He is 4 feet and 50 pounds for reference.
