The spring pins that attach the watch to the strap have a tiny button/protrusion designed for easy placement. Unfortunately, this protrusion/handle can dislodge the attachment if it hits an object (e.g. when entering a tight space). Not only does this cause one end of the strap to detach from the watch (causing the watch to fall out of your hand), but it also throws the spring-loaded pin out of nowhere.
