This item was bought just a week ago. It has already started randomly rebooting all connected devices. The firmware was updated, the device was reset, etc. While the KP303 is a good device, the problem lies with TP-Link customer support, or lack thereof. I bought this to replace another smart power strip I have because whenever my wi-fi disconnects the schedules I set up stop working. When this happens, I have to go through the extender setup process over and over again. Kasa, on the other hand, has a better interface, the ability to keep track of working hours, and more importantly, it doesn't forget my set schedules even when I'm not connected to WiFi.
