Rough work

This bowl was full of thorns and was a coarse red color, as it was meant to be a yarn bowl. We spent the day sanding and holding it down so it was usable and no longer snagged on the twine. The size was what you would expect. After grinding it works as expected

Good size and weight but uneven edges on the holes where the yarn goes through.

Although this yarn bowl is the perfect size and weight, the spot where the yarn passes through was unfortunately not smooth and the yarn caught on the tree when I tried to move it while knitting pull out. . I'll try to see if I can sand it down to smooth it out.
