Great design, perfect for my son's external Thinkpad DVD-RW drive. Looks well made, the drive fits without play and the inner pocket fits documents, an extra blank and the disc that came with it. The outer case is a good shock absorber and I think it will protect the disc well.

Exactly as described, fits my external DVD well, feels sturdy. I don't know how well the exterior performs with normal wear and tear. But the smell is terrible. When you open it, it smells horribly of chemicals. I left it open overnight for it to go away, which seems to have happened. But after closing and subsequent use, the smell returned. If it doesn't go away soon I'll have to return it or throw it away and buy something else.
