worth your money!

HIGH! I'm going to put it on a heavy base - my cats LOVE scratching posts and really exercise them. It was easy to put together - just needed a bit more stability (I've never bought one that wasn't). Overall I would give it a 4.5 or 5 - the price was really reasonable!

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • The cord is shorter than other picks

Honest Too Good - Scratching Posts

It was easy to put together and all 3 of our cats (aged 1-3) use it. After a few months he is still holding his claws very well. My only gripe is that it slips on our hardwood floors so we have to reattach it every few days. It may be better on carpets; We don't have anyone checking this.

Pros
  • It's fantastic
Cons

Cat's favorite scratching post

Cats prefer this rope scratching post to cardboard and jute in the house. I have to replace it regularly when cats scratch every strand of the rope, but it's worth diverting their attention away from surfaces you don't want them scratching. The extra length allows the crampons to stretch. The base could have been a bit wider, the whole thing wobbles when used by a cat, but it didn't tip over.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Falls off if not held

I like that it's high. My cat is a tall boy and loves to stretch and scratch. It basically prevented my office chair from getting scratched, which was my main goal. The only downside is that it is not durable at all. When he first tried to use it, he fell. I hid its lower part under the furniture and now it's standing. But if something doesn't hold him, he doesn't hold at all. Otherwise he loves it!

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Poor Instructions

My cats love it. - Cats

I'll be brief because this product is very simple: Pros: My cats love it - one is 10lbs, the other is 20lbs. Both can use it with minimal rollover problem. The base is big enough to lie on. The bobble at the top is well attached. We've had it for several months and it's still there. Cons: The rope started to slip and loosen in the first week. In general. I highly recommend. As I write this review, one of my cats is scratching it while getting ready for bed. You get what you pay for in terms of…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Definitely bad product
