Toddler sizes do not fit toddler feet

I have bought shoes up a size following advice from several reviewers but the shoes still do not fit. Although they are now more than long enough, they are "short". His instep is still quite big because he has chubby baby feet and the shoes just don't fit. I think this shoe is geared towards older kids with small feet but more of an adult instep. I'll keep the shoes (since they're at least an inch longer than his feet) and see if they fit in a year, assuming his feet get longer but not…

Do not buy Not for babies

My son is almost two years old and wears a size 5 or 6 depending on his shoe size. After reading reviews that it was too tight I took the size 6.5. He couldn't even get half his foot in. These shoes are NOT designed for toddler feet. All babies have extra fat on their feet. This shoe is not suitable for that. The toe of the shoe is completely horizontal, absolutely flat, there is no space for the toe. You must have non-toddler feet to wear them or you must buy 2 sizes larger. It's ridiculous, I

Wider and more comfortable than classic shoes

Daughter needs to wear red or white canvas shoes for her school uniform. I don't think she has wide feet, but we couldn't fit her feet into regular canvas or leather SNEAKERS. Found these and they fit great. She LOVES these shoes! I also bought VANS and Converse as they usually sell out but she really prefers them. I'm not sure if it's because they're red and the rest is white, but I think part of it has to do with comfort. She seems to stumble across pairs other than these more often, although
