Our 7 year old wears them to school on snowy days and most recently on a fall hike in Kentucky where our trail crossed a river several times. Her feet stayed completely dry and warm and she had no complaints until about 6 miles, even though it was her first major hike in these boots. I hope they break so she can wear them longer!

I wear ladies 7 and kids 6 fit well. i love colors Lots of room in the toe area and doesn't slip in my narrow heels. I wish the shaft was a bit higher and the boot warmer, but that's enough for now. In them I could not stay in the snow or cold for more than a few minutes, and our winters are very severe.

These high quality shoes came without insoles and insoles. Also, one of the boots had oil stains that I couldn't remove. Unfortunately I unpacked them in front of my 9 year old who loves them so I won't be sending them back. We went to the drug store and bought pads for $20 and now they fit as expected.

I have a hard time finding shoes and boots that fit me. I also hate spending over $100 on shoes. In most cases, the shoe company will claim that they are waterproof, but they are not. We hunted pheasants and had to cross a stream. I couldn't manage to cross the creek without ending up in the water. It was very cold outside. To my surprise, my feet were completely dry.
