It zips down however when rolling up it didn’t have the ties to keep it up. Too much trouble to take back down and return. Received one defective piece but it was still usable. It does keep my shoes in order and out of the way. Got rid of a lot of shoe boxes. Not a bad buy for the price.

I must say unboxing my item was shocking to say the least. Non of the parts was labeled and at least half of the parts was not separated. I had to figure out which part was A though I. When I saw the instructions I was confused and intimidated as there was pictures but no clear distinction as to what part was what. Not easily assembled especially for someone who has weak hands. It is kind of like a giant jigsaw puzzle! Once together, it is lightweight and easily moved to wherever you want to put it. It was not as sturdy as I imagined but it serves the purpose and helps to keep all of my footwear in order in the closet. I can also zip it closed to keep dust and other things from getting into my shoes.

Its was very is to assemble. The best way to put it together is to separate all parts alphabetically and set each part in there on spots. It took me about 40mins. But its very sturdy. It does fit 3 or 4 pairs of shoes across good, depending on what kind of shoes they are. As u see in the image Im 5'5 so u can see about how tall the product is. Over all great purchase. I will be buying more for my kids

I was apprehensive about this item but I really needed a better way to store our shoes! So I bought it!Left it sitting on the table for 2 days thinking it was going to be hard to put together, haha, when I worked up my courage, it took me about 35 minutes! wow! Instructions are so easy! Had it together and all our shoes organized on the shelves in less than an hour! I'm happy!

I was looking for a more sturdy and firm piece of equipment but this was so weak until it was not going to hold up. I WAS AFRAID TO TRY TO PUT SHOES ON THE STAND.

I will say one thing and that is you really don't need the cover that comes with the shoe rack. Honestly that's the part that makes it look bland and cheap, but when you keep it off I think it looks alot better. Of course it's not the fanciest shoe rack, but I think it's nice if you want something cheap and something that works. I have had this less then a month and it has already broken. You get what you pay for. The item was not what I expected. Not worth the money. Way to much work to assemble something that is not going to last. Waste of $30.00.

This rack is light weight and very sturdy with all shelves holding shoes, (mostly athletic ones) I wish it had been a little deeper as I wear a size 13, so the tips of the shoes extend slightly but since the cover is cloth it's adjustable enough to alow it to still close without bulging. Assembly is a snap as all pieces fit together easily with no tools required.

Difficult to assemble as the instructions are not clear. Once it’s is assembled, it’s is not as sturdy as I had hoped. I would not put as many shoes as they state it holds just for sturdiness. But once it is together it doesn’t take up much room in the bedroom.

It fits all of my high top Jordans and even boots if turned sideways. Once its loaded it feels a bit flimsy to move around but so far is holding up.

This didn't take long to put together. The original fabric that was sent with the package was defective, but they made it right and sent me new fabric that was much more sturdy. We have already put this to use and is loaded with shoes, sandals, and slippers.

Pictures online are not what you get. It is light weight but be careful how much you put on tit. It works for my granddaughter’s shoes but I will have to get something that will last !

I have been using this shoes storage for 3 months now and i am able to store and organize my shoes. It just started leaning forward due to the weight of the shoes.
