I must say unboxing my item was shocking to say the least. Non of the parts was labeled and at least half of the parts was not separated. I had to figure out which part was A though I. When I saw the instructions I was confused and intimidated as there was pictures but no clear distinction as to what part was what. I then went to the internet to see if I could find how to videos for the product and was not able to even find a website. I then put the opened box under my bed for a few days while I decided to keep the product and attempt to assemble it. When I finally was able to make an attempt at assembly it was a chore as the instructions wasn’t complete and should have been a little more clear and include step by step for the entire assembly however I was able to figure it out after awhile. When it was all said and done I like the results and only had one missing part and two extra parts which caused some mild concerns as to whether or not I had assembled the product correctly. I probably wouldn’t buy this again because of the issues I had but the product suits my needs.
