I ordered this because I needed an amenity kit that doesn't take up much space. I wasn't expecting much, just cheap but useful tools. I was surprised that they are all much stronger than I expected! All tools work very well and the case is very cute. I ended up buying them for my grandma, my mom, my aunt and my cousin and they all loved them too! Definitely recommend!

This is a great manicure kit but I have a problem. I put it in my shower kit that was packed in checked baggage on a round trip flight from Tucson to Sacramento and back. At both stages of the trip, transportation security opened and checked my checked baggage to see what was inside. Apparently it's the metal that triggers their detection system. If you don't want to fly this kit I would recommend it, but if it could land on a plane I would try something else.

I like the case but the tools inside are mediocre at best. They are not durable and do not last long. The tweezers are completely useless as they don't grab the hair at all. All instruments are of good quality for the most part, but the case is nice and fairly durable. I will use the tools until they dull or break and then swap them out for a higher quality set but will continue to use the case for storage and organization. At first I was hesitant to buy this product because of so many bad reviews. I'm actually glad I did it. Of course, these products aren't super-sharp, high-end salon tools, but they do what I wanted them to do. I get the most out of the cuticle remover (third thinner from the right in the picture). I bought this for my wife as a Christmas present and she loves it. The wire cutters and tools inside appear to be of good quality. It's a great gift. I ended up buying her a second one because she asked for it, although a year later it's still in great condition.
