Extremely disappointed in them. When installing screw caps, the shanks of the screws continue to break just below the screw head. We even drilled pilot holes before screwing them in. We give them back.

Snaps too short. Also, they're pressed in, so you can't even unscrew the screw to put a longer one in its place. I needed it to go through the 2" vinyl standoffs and it didn't happen with the half inch screw lock bolt. Needless to say, this kit served no purpose at all.

Nice little kit. In addition to the kit, you'll need a 1/8" hole punch or something and a Phillips head screwdriver. The only thing that isn't immediately clear is that it appears the only stainless part of the entire latch assembly is the screw. I don't use this for marine applications so it doesn't bother me.

We bought these to replace some of the knobs on our boat's curtain. They were easy to install. They should be stainless steel. However, they rusted before a year had passed. We replaced them all with a better product. Use a magnet to test stainless steel! They've attracted a magnet when they shouldn't!

Great product! I used them to set up my sofa which was starting to spring slam (Wayfair junk). I very carefully cut open the seams at the front, pulled out the spring base and cut out a piece of foam the same size. Then I fasten in front of these buttons. Yes, I could just throw the sofa away and buy a new one, but why put it in landfill when you can customize and improve it. (also the sofa is less than 3 years old) Wayfair,.
