Very useful crafting tool

This is very useful to successfully remove the pots from the wheel. I have a limited number of bats and taking the pottery down a bit earlier helps.

Pros
  • Ultimate Legend
Cons
  • Protection

Useful tool, I recommend

A nice addition to our workshop. Always wet the lifters before use to reduce friction and make product slide off the dryer basket more easily.

Pot lifters lift wet, freshly thrown stoneware

If you're not confident enough or experienced enough to handle freshly baked stoneware while still on the bike, these lifters are for you. You cut the pottery joy from your disc with wire, swing the hoists under the pot on either side, slightly off the rim of the pot, twist slightly and lift. Gently transfer to the prepared area, then move the pot from the lift to the selected surface to dry the product until the leather is hardened and ready for design or finishing.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not sure

They are doing their job. I'm not overly impressed with the durability or the materials they're made of (rust develops incredibly quickly on a tool meant for everyday contact with water). But rinse and dry them after each use, make sure they don't shrink when not in use, and you'll probably be fine. I'm still using them a few months later and after the first rust treatment I made an extra effort to keep them drier and haven't had any further problems. Smart purchase for the price.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Other interesting options are available.
