🏻 16-Inch x 1.75-Inch Kenda Comp III Style Wire Bead Bike Tire - Blackwall Review

These are my favorite inexpensive replacement tires. When I worked in a bike shop, these were our standard replacement parts for kids and touring bikes. They ride on my bike trailer. The picture shows a rubber wall tire but the description says 'black wall', I have a black wall tyre. It's okay, I'm not picky (it's behind me, I can't see it. :) But just in case.

These are good tires but if I knew their lugs were smaller than usual I would spend a dollar or two more on a tire and get something better. The rubber also appears to be of slightly lower quality. They would be great for my son's bike as he probably won't be riding it for long anyway, but I wouldn't recommend them unless you're looking for a cheap tire and nothing else.

Bought to replace a completely worn out tire on a children's bike (the tread was completely worn off from heavy skidding!). The tread pattern on the replaced tire matched the original/factory tire well (this is on a Rallye 16" BMX bike). Installation was relatively easy, no problems. It sits well on the rim.
