Kenmore Canister Floor Brush 46 1502 01 Review

I recently ordered this brush and it has saved me from buying a new vacuum cleaner. I was able to fix a broken brush that was hard to find in some stores.

Good product, durable and well finished. I wish Kenmore would still make sweepers of this quality. I have a big house and the current cleaning lady has no "on-board tools". I have 2 so I can leave one at each end of the house.

Everything ok except for holes (2) not 1 in the original by Kenmore and none of them made in the right place. Nevertheless, we manage, but the hose has to be moved a little to the side.

It doesn't have a hole at the top as shown in the photo, so it doesn't fit my vacuum cleaner. I wanted to return it and he says he is not entitled to a refund. Well it's a joke. Very annoying and waste of money.

If your model number is KC83QDKMZV06, don't worry about the purchase because you will have to send it back. The brush doesn't fit. It falls out of the vacuum tube and cannot be repaired. Do yourself a favor and buy direct from Sears.

There is no hole for attaching to the bracket. Apparently others had this problem too. I have no doubt that MGF will not offer a replacement as they likely have a stock full of defective ones.

Looks like a direct replacement for the brush that came with my vacuum. However, the position of the holes in the neck for connecting to the vacuum was not suitable for my model. I was able to swap out the neck for a spare to fix this problem, otherwise I would have had to drill a hole.
