This was a great purchase, it works well and is well made. The compressor is powerful enough that you can add 10psi to a tire in 5-10 minutes. I haven't tried blowing up an apartment with it yet. I've used it 2 times. If this works you can set a target air pressure and it will stop there. The second case was not so successful. I had a flat reaction to temperature changes. I wasn't worried because I thought I was covered by this little thing. I connect but nothing. The LED turned on with the previously set target pressure but did not turn on. I'm giving 4 stars as it worked better than the smaller mini pumps I've had in the past, however initially didn't work when I took it out of the box. More efficient as it inflates faster and isn't as hot after use as the smaller units I've had. I inflated a car tire in under 2 minutes and increased the pressure a few pounds from 31 pounds to 34 pounds on my car tire in under 3 minutes. Used this product for the first time. As some others have mentioned, the air pressure gauge will drift quite a bit. I had to set the gauge to 44psi to get 39psi in my tire according to my reliable gauge which I know to be correct. You also need to turn on the pump before screwing the air hose to the tire because the pump will stop immediately if you turn it on after the air hose is attached to the tire.
