The cutting edge is rough and should not be used. It doesn't appear that the cutting edge was cleaned after the through hole was made.

Clean cut, no rattling.

It's unbelievable how cleanly this nozzle cuts. No chatter. Professional result for a do-it-yourselfer with a drill. Plus made in the USA? It doesn't get much better.
