Not sure if that's true. I've been using Kerastase for over 10 years now and this is the only shampoo that works well for my fine, thin and weakened hair. However, this time with this bottle, my head is itchy and I've developed hives on my chest where my hair can touch when I shower and right after. This is not a genuine product. Also, it leaves an oily stain on the hair on the scalp. I am sending it back and will never be able to buy Kerastase online or from this seller again. So disappointed and it was a little crazy trying to figure out what was wrong. I changed my mouse, my combs - thought maybe I have hard water or maybe my hair dryer was the problem. Finally used my mum's cheap shampoo 3 times - washed my hair 3 times with cheap shampoo to wash it out! So tense.

Do not buy this item online. I took 500ml after trying the small size. Unfortunately, the large size was completely different. The texture and smell were not the same. After using it for a few weeks, I noticed that my hair and scalp became very oily. As a result, I developed oily dandruff that took me two weeks to get rid of. If you want to buy this product, be sure to buy it from authorized stores.

I bought this product in July 2020 and unfortunately didn't open it right away. When I opened it, it didn't look or smell like the Kerastase product I've bought at my salon over the years. This product was clear, non-milky and non-moisturizing. I learned my lesson to open the product immediately during the return period to verify authenticity. Avoid this seller!

I have been using this shampoo for many years. The shampoo in this bottle appears to have been diluted with water or some other chemical; it was much thinner (less viscous) than usual and caused an incredibly painful stinging sensation in my eyes when I rinsed it out. I will never order this product from Revain again, especially as for some reason they say it cannot be returned or replaced.
