The effectiveness of the product has decreased due to the fact that its production time has expired by 1.5 years. I haven't been able to find anything online to suggest it may be expired, but I've used a newer product over the past year with better results.

I've been using this product for a while, I'm a professional beautician and this is a wonderful excellent smoothing system and I've never had one Problem with the brand! I highly recommend using a supplemental keratin shampoo and conditioner to prolong results.

didn't like that the expiry date was always past! Maybe you should consider having topical products? I would rather pay more than receive a defective item. I hesitate to buy more, takes no more than 2 weeks. Dissatisfied consumer!

I have previously bought the same brand (not for blonde hair) 3-4 times. I am following the directions carefully and have had excellent and consistent results for the past 5-6 years. This is the first time I have bought any product or blonde hair and I love it. It is great!
