Disappointed - my new review

Upset with this purchase after it was installed in our new bathroom it keep leaking from the top. Of course I’m not going to remove the entire thing after it’s in the wall with tile over it to return it. I would defiantly return if it was not so complicated to remove. Do not recommend . It does look beautiful but it leaks from the top and it’s just disappointing

Horrible water hammer issue. No help from KES.

Like a lot of people have mentioned, the product suffers from loud water hammer noise issue. The only way to reach KES support is by submitting a ticket on their website but they never respond. I submitted many tickets and not even one has been responded to. Also, there is no phone number for support. ebay is great and tried to resolve the issue and even tried to contact the seller but even they did not get a response.

Water hammer: my feedback

as soon as i installed this , i got a terrible water hammer going(metal like sound , pipe is hitting another pipe or a stud)For the longest time about 3 month ive lived with it while trying to figure put what and why.Long story short , i found the problem and fixed it. It was Because of the CARTRIDGE And a piece thats mixing hot and cold water. It was banging inside. Pretty odd.This is mainly why i gave it 3 stars only.And so far this is the only con to this. We have no shower.ebay only takes returns wwithin 30 days. It is pasr.I have a RUSTY shower head.The company's number is wrong.They are in China!
