I was a bit worried when I took it out of the box, it looked a lot bigger than I thought it would be, but when I put the towel on it was perfect. Each smaller towel is too long to hang nicely. Not fancy, but we have plenty of counter space and it fits our decor plan perfectly.

Finally! The stand is high enough for a towel! (Ignore the color of the towel, I only took one to test). The upper and lower parts are held together with a screw and washer. The base is heavy and durable with foam inserts for protection. I love it so much and posted it as soon as it appeared here!

I tried putting a screw and washer through the plastic base and metal cover but it was too short to screw the towel rail into. I removed the washer and then while another bolt went through. This towel rail is just what I needed for my apartment. Unfortunately the towel rail was installed far from the sink but I wanted something closer. The base has a large circumference (less than a foot but more than 6 inches I think) so you'll need plenty of room to use it. Luckily I have one and it works great.
