Good solder in small packaging

I needed good quality small diameter solder for electronics work but a pound of this material would last 3 lives. It was exactly what I needed. And it's a good quality solder and it works well.

Pros
  • Tools and household items
Cons
  • The list is long.

Suitable for repairing solder joints

Bought to fix my truck dashboard to fix bad soldering. This was used in the info video I saw fixing the issue. For this purpose it worked very well. Only used it once for this job.

Pros
  • Welding and soldering
Cons
  • New competitors appeared

Works great with solder and flux

I was soldering components on a small circuit board and was having trouble getting the other solder to flow properly. I grabbed this off my workbench and it worked great. I plan to order the same brand next time but a little thicker. I'm sure this thickness is the right place but for my purposes thicker would be a bit easier but I got what I ordered. For melting and flowing, however, it couldn't be better.

Pros
  • Solder
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
