Keurig K-Duo Brewer Maintenance Kit - 3 Months Care, Regular, No Extras Review

I use descaler liquid so I know it's good. I would like to try the blue tablets to wash the outer parts but they weren't in the box! So I got a box saying they are but they are NOT! Why?

Don't waste your money. I bought this because my Keurig tasted weird coffee when brewing. I followed the directions exactly as they came and if anything the odd taste is worse. I wish I knew that before I spent $25.

Easy to use but not very easy to clean. I didn't even realize I used a detergent. Expensive. Simply add vinegar to the water tank, run two empty brew cycles and turn off the device. Leave on for about 30 minutes, switch on again and run empty coffee cycles until the low water warning appears. Lift the water tank and fill it with clean water. Then perform empty coffee cycles until the water tank is empty. The cleaning has to be done and you saved money!

Overall it's a good Keurig and easy to use but they shouldn't advertise that it's compatible with the 3 month grooming kit without telling you to buy another attachment, to use the filters for water. . I would guess that part will be in Keurig, but you know what happens when you assume. After racking my brains for an hour trying to figure out where to place the filter while the instructions were utterly useless, I finally googled only to find out I need to buy other parts which I'm afraid they…

I followed the instructions for the descaling solution for my Keurig K Supreme Plus that is less than 3 months old. This didn't solve the problem. I must have brewed over 20 cups as the directions said without the pod it might take 12 or more 13oz brews. I ended up posting it on YouTube and a gentleman figured out how to actually change the 'Descale' notification to 'Descale!'
