Besides the options, what we particularly like is the convenience, ie having a cup of coffee in the afternoon without having to laboriously brew a full pot. When we received our Keurig Duo, we found that the carafe started to leak after a few days of use. After writing a letter to the seller, I received a reply the same day along with an apology for the defect and an offer to replace it. New carafe came within 2 days. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I bought one and it was great. We decided to buy another one for our second home. I used the Buy Again feature. I did not receive the one in the photo. I came back and waited for a loan. I still have not received. Ordered again and received the same model. come back again Cheaply made and once the car is off you will never get it back. The whole car looks and looks cheap. IF you are looking for a model with a picture, do yourself a favor and buy from the store.

We bought two of these to rent out. You just couldn't manage to brew a carafe after a few months. The other part that went in with the filter just got stuck every time you closed it. It was absurd how much pressure had to be applied to pull it out. Of course, the tenants couldn't understand that. Over $500 down the drain. Because by the time we figured out the problem, Revane's return window was of course already closed. Buy Krups. They work great.

5 months later. The decanter brewer does not brew sporadically. Start the process and come back after 20 minutes but the brew button light is still only flashing and there is no coffee in the carafe!. Called support (already 40 minutes) when I finally said "It's under warranty right?" and they reluctantly agreed so I get a replacement.
