5 months later. The decanter brewer does not brew sporadically. Start the process and come back after 20 minutes but the brew button light is still only flashing and there is no coffee in the carafe!. Called support (already 40 minutes) when I finally said "It's under warranty right?" and they reluctantly agreed so I get a replacement. I am so disappointed in Keurig with the quality of this brewery and the TERRIBLE customer service. I bought an expensive competitor's duo because it had a thermograph. Had to send it back as one cup side didn't work at all and the coffee on the brewer side tasted bad and wasn't hot. I've had Keurig single mugs for years but was intrigued by the thermograph idea - big mistake. This Keurig works great. Brewer's coffee tastes great, stays hot for 2 hours and the disposable coffee maker works just like any other I've had. Stick with a brand that has been around for years - I haven't had any leaks, loose caps or other issues that have been written about. I'm glad I have it.
