I have been using these products for several years and they are of excellent quality. I have found that this batch has serious defects and cannot be used. The shampoo is "diluted with water" and the conditioner is "wax". I will never buy from this seller again. I tried to resolve the issue but was told it was too late for a refund or replacement. Please be careful when buying from this seller.

I have SUPER fine hair - and not much of it! I used Bumble & Bumble's Thickening Shampoo as a guide hoping to add VOLUME to my hair. Then my hairstylist introduced me to this hair care line in her salon. I love these products because they smell great and are very gentle on my hair. I have gray hair that I have colored for many years so it is quite brittle. This product leaves my hair soft and hydrated.

I've read that this happens to others, but my shampoo was very thin. So liquid that the lid is tightly closed and it drips out of the bottle cap onto my bathtub. Terrible - I will try to go back.

This is Lorraine (under Richard's account). I bought this after having my hair bleached at a salon that uses this. And this is one of the worst products I have ever used. Sooooo drying and makes my hair brittle and brittle. I've never had curly hair, but it seemed so lifeless that it frizzed. Was incredibly confused after use. Instead, I still grab a $10 bottle of Target's Colored Treated Hair Shampoo and my hair is going to feel so much better. I would honestly like to return it.

Previously when I bought this product it was good. This time the shampoo is very watery and doesn't clean my hair. After using these two products together my hair looks greasy and I don't know why. It's like this backorder is a completely different product. Definitely not worth it for the price!
