Best choice for most eyes especially if they are a bit round

This is the best eyelash curler I have ever used. I did a lot of research because I was tired of curlers pinching my eyelids to curl all my lashes. A thorough review of The Sweethome found it to be their second choice for most people, especially those with slightly rounder eyes like mine. It was also cheaper than her number 1 choice at the time. It also sets a natural curl. I will never go to the pharmacy again! If this review was helpful to you, please tick Yes below! Many Thanks. :)

Works great

Never thought I would see such a difference. My old curlers didn't work at all. I have deep-set eyes with straight lashes that my old curling iron barely lifted. I ordered Kevin Aucoin out of sheer desperation. I immediately noticed a big difference in how it felt while using it. Then, to my amazement, I saw that my once-straight lashes were now perfectly curled. I had no idea they were that long. Even my husband noticed the difference. That being said, they may pinch you on the lid if you're…

No better than the rest!

Kevyn Aucoin eyelash curlers are advertised in magazines as fantastic and unique. No, that is not so. In fact, I find it worse than most. The problem is that the arch is wider and taller than most eyelids. As a result. it skips certain lashes at the edges. I like the Shu Uemura curlers much better. I'm sorry Kevin Aucoin passed away but that doesn't change my rating of this product. By the way, Shu Uemura hair rollers are sold at Revain and they are even cheaper than Kevin Aucoin hair rollers!

Works well but pressing the lashes takes longer than Shiseido

Update: To be fair I've tried using this eyelash curler again and if you squeezed the lashes longer (i.e. 45 seconds ) works just as well as Shiseido, just longer. Updated my rating. I had very high hopes for this eyelash curler after reading the reviews. However, I found it didn't work as well as my old Shiseido eyelash curler. This was disappointing - mostly because of the price and the fact that it didn't work on my thin/flat lashes. I will use Shiseido again.

My lashes are thicker, no damage

Glad I switched to this one. I saw a lot of positive reviews and recommendations so I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. I'm not sure what makes some brands curl their lashes better than others, but one day it will. Also, my lashes seem thicker, so I'm wondering if my old lashes have been damaged. I no longer use eyelash serum!

Opens wide but squeezes more than others

I've never used a Kevyn Aucoin curler and I'm not sure if it's real. PRO: Opens really wide making it easy to capture my long (but sparse and straight) lashes - great! (See photo versus Sephora curlers). CONS: Seems a lot more likely to pinch lashes than other curlers I've used over the years. It has slightly rough metal "loops" that stick out further on each side than my Sephora curler (see photo with blue arrows). They pinched my skin under my eyes multiple times while I was trying (I'm in my
