For the most part I really like this case. It feels solid and the color is exactly what I wanted (it looks like a deep turquoise). My only concern is that there is nothing inside the case to hold the keyboard. So if I open the case without holding the keyboard, it immediately slips off. Maybe some little angled tabs or something to hold the keyboard in place, or even velcro would work better.

I don't know it came with everything it was supposed to and looked like the picture but I just didn't like it. It was heavy and bulky with an iPad inside. This clearly applies to the iPad Pro; The iPad Air's camera looks silly in it. I didn't like typing on the keyboard, it made a weird crunch. I didn't like the body of the Apple Pencil either. Taking it out was cumbersome. The cover material is nice, but the whole package just didn't have the practical functionality I was looking for.

On paper this case seemed perfect. In practice, however, it was a big mistake. The biggest problem is that it doesn't turn off the iPad when you close it. Why isn't that a function? I won't think of turning it off and it will kill the battery. The second issue is that there are no slots for the iPad so it keeps slipping and falling when I try to use it. I love this case for my new iPad Pro! The main reason for the choice among many was the ability to fold (fold back to make it flat without the keyboard hanging down) - I don't think there are many that do for any reason. Love it. Works well with my Android tablet, so not limited to iPad/Apple. The keyboard is typical of these things, don't expect a regular computer keyboard, but it's much easier to use than a touch keyboard. I loved this case as it arrived on day one and I was able to put my iPad Pro in it. The keyboard is also worth the money and the battery lasts a long time. If you have an Apple Pencil, you can charge it in the case location, not in other cases that place the pen under the tablet. Another thing is that if there is a case on the pencil, it charges too! I didn't know what to expect as there are many 'similar' cases out there for a much higher price (including Apple's). I'm an advanced user of my MacBook Pro, but I'm new to my 11-inch iPad Pro and haven't switched to it for heavy-duty tasks yet. So I didn't want to spend a fortune on something that might not be of much use (a keyboard, not a case). I was pleasantly surprised that I can type fairly quickly with it. The keys feel good when pressed, especially considering how thin the keyboard is.
