Good value for money in access control keypads

Great for the money, only gripe is the screw that opens the unit, it's just a Phillips head. Too bad there was a security screw. But its function is excellent and without problems. In bad weather, it is mounted outdoors with an attached weather protection.

The instructions are cumbersome at best but if you can get comfortable with the product.

Instructions are circumstantial at best, but once you understand the product it's great. I have two that run constantly with chips and a keyboard and have had no problems. The backlight is a great feature that makes it easier to use in the evening. Overall a 5 star product with 1 star instructions.

The waterproof rain cover is not included as shown and advertised! Not IP65 compliant! Buy another!

I ordered one of these keyboards because I wanted to save money. It did not come with the waterproof rain cover advertised and shown in the Revain photos. Contacted Revain and they sent another who also had no cover. I am returning both. You MUST use a waterproof rain cover if you intend to use this keyboard outdoors as this keyboard is not a waterproof keyboard. The internal electronics (PCB) are not sealed and don't even have a conformal coating. This keyboard won't last long if exposed to…
